Terms & Conditions

Shipping Policy

  1. Packing, shipping and handling cost only applies within the continental 50 United States. Our flat S&H rate is $6.70 for five (5) pounds or less.
  2. Items will not be shipped to Canada, Mexico or anywhere international.
  3. Orders are shipped within 48 hours after verification of your payment.
  4. All orders are shipped via us postal service or ups.
  5. Shipping insurance is optional.
  6. Absolutely no reimbursements for items damaged during shipping.
  7. Items cannot be picked up at our physical location. It is not open to the public.

Return Policy

  1. All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds.
  2. Only defective product will be offered for exchange.
  3. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed your order.
  4. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return.

Payment Policy

  1. We gladly accept PayPal, personal checks and money orders. Personal checks once we receive may be held up to 10 days for clearance.
  2. We accept credit card payments only through PayPal.
  3. Payment must be received within seven (7) days of order.
  4. All prices are subject to change without notice.
